Yee
Hoy was born and raised in Kalihi. As a young adult, her
passion was singing, playing her guitar, surfing and dirt
biking, activities she excelled in. Her biggest joy came
when she gained respect from the young men she competed
with. Louise graduated from Farrington High School in 1971,
and attended Leeward Community College, before commencing
her fourteen-year work career with Zippy's.
Louise
is happily married with three sons and six grandchildren.
She enjoys precious time with her grandchildren, pursues
her artistic talent by making crafts whenever possible,
and relishes the adrenaline rush she gets playing paintball
with her oldest grandson. Her priority in life is Service
to God first, Service to Family second, and Service to People
next. As such, she actively participates in her church and
joyfully does whatever she is called on to accomplish.
